3. Get creative! Messages can be recorded selfie videos, written messages, songs, poems, pieces of art – anything that speaks to you! 
4. If submitting a video or photo, consider wearing your favorite maroon and gold attire (Unfortunately the Bentson sweatshirts will arrive after the message deadline)

Steps for submitting your message:

1. Enter your name, email, and message title (ex: Top 10 Silver Linings from 2021)
2. For a written messages, type your message in the 'Written message' text box
3. Required: upload a photo along with your written message. Upload box is at the end of the page.
4. For video messages, upload an existing video or click 'record from camera' (you might get asked for permission to use it); Record your message after the countdown; Stop by clicking inside the camera area; Accept the video and terms of service
5. Click 'Submit Message'
