Heritage Society
The University of Minnesota Heritage Society recognizes individuals who have generously made estate or other planned gifts to benefit the University of Minnesota.
Planned gifts provide valuable support for our students, faculty, and programs across the University’s five campuses, and they help to sustain and strengthen our mission for future generations.

President's Club
President's Club members — individuals, families, and organizations — join a long tradition of giving that started in 1889 with a single gift of $150,000 from John Sargent Pillsbury, who was a businessman, University regent, state senator, and governor.
Community partner event promotion
The U of M takes pride in our brand image and works hard to ensure the messaging connected to it is positive and consistent, because it reflects on the important work of the University’s researchers, physicians, faculty, and staff. Approved event organizers assume the accountability of adhering to U of M brand policies.
Financial consideration
The U of M is grateful for community partner support and wants to ensure that organizers are aware of tax regulations tied to fundraising event revenue and expenses.
