The fiscal year 2023 yearly giving results celebrates a year in which 91,561 supporters collectively gave $347 million to support the University's work. It includes details on U-wide fundraising results and how they compare with previous years.

Funds held by the University of Minnesota Foundation are assessed a small annual administrative fee to cover the costs of related administrative services. Learn more about UMF’s fee policies.

Gift terms and conditions

All gifts to the University of Minnesota Foundation are subject to and administered in accordance with the provisions of the foundation’s governing documents that relate to gift acceptance and administration, which include the foundation’s ability to repurpose funds to a use as close as possible when the original use is no longer capable of fulfillment.
