You can confidentially share information about your gift with us by completing our estate gift form. The University of Minnesota Foundation uses the information to record how you would like your gift to be used. You also can use it to tell us if you would like to be recognized or if you prefer to remain anonymous. Please note that telling us about your gift plan does not create a binding commitment.

As with any gift, you may choose to direct your estate gift to a specific campus, college, or program. All donors who make an estate or other planned gift to the University or M Health Fairview are welcomed into the President’s Club Heritage Society, which recognizes individuals who have generously made estate or other planned gifts to support students, faculty, and programs across the University’s five campuses.
